The Canteen Christmas Concert is an annual community based project organised by the Mordialloc Brass Band that serves the duel purpose of fostering family goodwill and Christmas Spirit, and raising much needed funds for the charity CANTEEN - A peer Support group assisting young people living with cancer. CANTEEN unfortunately recieves no government funding and as such relies in large part upon donations such as ours for their ongoing survival.

Over a number of years Mordi Brass has been the driving force behind the bayside area’s largest charity Christmas Concert.

The show is ideal for people of all age groups and religious persuasions and offers a comfortable blend of Christmas songs without being overly religious. And it’s presented by a varied range of professional entertainers backed by a twenty-piece big band and fifty-voice choir.

Entry is free. All of the performers donate their time and efforts for the evening. So we do ask that if you have enjoyed yourself that you consider contributing to our preferred charity - CanTeen – kids living with cancer.

We all feel good because we are doing it for the kids – we hope you will too!.

If you would like to assist with sponsorship for the event,
please contact Ian Morrison 1300 656 474 or 0418 361 177 to discuss opportunities.
